Return & Refund Policy

At BhaviCraft, every product is carefully handcrafted and made especially for you after your order is placed. Since all of our products are made-to-order, we have a strict Return & Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products sold on BhaviCraft are handmade and made-to-order.

Each item is individually crafted after your purchase, making every piece unique. Slight variations in color, size, texture, finish, pattern, or design are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

2. Returns & Exchanges

As all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered by mistake

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift purchases

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your Order Number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A clear photograph of the shipping label

  • A continuous unboxing video (required as described below)

Failure to provide the required evidence may result in your claim being declined.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all claims involving:

  • Damaged products

  • Broken items

  • Missing products

  • Incorrect items

  • Manufacturing defects visible upon delivery

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the package.

  • Clearly show the shipping label.

  • Show the package from all sides.

  • Record the complete opening process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.

  • Clearly show the condition of the product after opening.

Important:

  • Claims submitted without a valid and continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Photos alone may not be sufficient for claim verification.

5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved in the following situations:

  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by BhaviCraft.

  • Your order is cancelled by BhaviCraft before production begins.

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, and a replacement is unavailable.

  • A refund is otherwise approved at BhaviCraft's sole discretion.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Order Cancellation

Because every product is made-to-order:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

  • Once production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Return Shipping

If BhaviCraft approves a return due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

If the return is approved because of our error, BhaviCraft will bear the reasonable return shipping cost where applicable.

8. International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Other government charges imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

International shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.

9. Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only.

BhaviCraft is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control
